We are very pleased with the excellent service during the short time we have been registered with you, especially during the COVID restrictions, but wish to make some suggestions to improve. 1. Provide an email address or online form for patients to request information or to provide you with any updates etc. 2. Allow all patients access online to their personal records if they require it. 3. Provide an online appointment booking service.

My family and I have been registered at The Market Square Surgery, Waltham Abbey for 2 years now and would just like to say what a fantastic surgery it is! Such a friendly, happy and caring team, which creates a great atmosphere that doesn't go unnoticed. Every contact we have had has been positive whether with reception/admin staff, nurses or doctors, everyone is polite and helpful. I have never known a surgery like it, especially the lovely team on reception, who cannot do enough for the patients, it really does make a big difference when calling or visiting the surgery, so a big thank you from us.

Hello J, a great many thanks indeed for all your help recently. I have now received a letter saying that I will get a blue badge and I have just paid for this . I have also got attendance allowance from end of January. I am still trying to keep up my exercises and daily 45 minute walk , except now in the snow. It is slow progress and my daughter, Ann is my support in everything. Cannot unfortunately get in the bath to have a shower so I have a good wash down twice a week with help. I very much appreciate all your help. Go safe.
