If you live in Waltham Abbey and would like to register with us please complete one of our registration forms that are available from our reception desk.
If you wish to book a GP or Nurse appointment, please contact our reception staff a few days after you hand in your registration form and additional paperwork. You will be contacted by a member of our staff if there are any issues or delay in processing your registration.
The out of area registration scheme launched by the government is voluntary and this practice has chosen not to participate at this time. This decision will be reviewed periodically. This means we are not able to register patients living outside our catchment area, regardless of whether they have been registered with us in the past.
If you would like more information you may make an appointment to see our Practice Manager.
New Patient Health Checks
All new patients are requested to make an appointment with our nurse for a routine check-up. Depending on your needs this may simply involve giving general lifestyle advice, or might require examination and assessment of your medication, or some tests.
Patients may come to see a nurse for well man review (general health issues, smoking cessation, testicular examination etc) or well woman advice (breast examination, cervical smears, hormone replacement therapy etc).
If further advice is needed after seeing the nurse she may recommend that you make a follow up appointment to see one of the doctors.
